Watching AC Milan vs Barcelona … why not watch this kind of game every week? A couple of games like this each week? I have no team in Europe, so have no interest in “the sanctity” of the individual leagues.

Don’t know if anybody likes the idea of a set in stone group though – apart from the owners. A home and away relegation / promotion game within each country’s set of teams and you still have the opportunity to join the party – eg. 3 teams from England, the third place team plays a home and away against the (rest of) England champion.
